Shipping and return policies for Unday Records

Shipping Info

Unday Records is an independent record label.

All items will be carefully packed and shipped right after you order.
We try to give you the best shipping rates and service possible.
You only pay shipping on your first item!

We will use tracked shipping for vinyl only.
Compact disc(s) are sent with regular mail.

Orders are shipped within 2 working days.

Please note:
comments made about delivering to a specific place (i.e. neighbours, special box in front of yard, etc.) in the event of absence is something you must pass on via your postal office account.

We have no influence on the implementation of your delivery preferences.

Issues with your shipment (wrong address, delivered yet not received, etc)
should be brought to our attention within a reasonable set of time to max. 1 month after shipping.
If not, we are unable to start a complaint with our postal service and therefor can not garantuee you a positive result.
Complaints about your order in general should be made within a 60days span.

Return Policy

Please contact us to set up the return.
If the item we sent to you is defective or is not what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label for the return.
We will issue a full refund for the items to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase as soon as the item is delivered back to us.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake or just changed your mind about the purchase, and if the product is still unopened, we will refund the purchase price for the returned item only, not the shipping fee.
You will need to arrange to ship the item back to us within the 30 day return window.
A refund will be issued when the item has been delivered back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
