Wannes Cappelle (BE) en broeder Dieleman (NL) slaan de handen in elkaar voor een uniek project. Samen met Frans Grapperhaus op cello betreden zij in zowel België als Nederland clubpodia en theaters met hun show en album 'Dit is de bedoeling'.

Wannes en Tonnie (broeder Dieleman) hebben meer gemeen dan je op het eerste gezicht zou denken. Alle twee zingen ze beeldrijke verhalen in het Vlaams, respectievelijk West-Vlaams en Zeeuws-Vlaams. De twee zangers bedienen zich van hun moedertaal; een arcadisch dialect dat eigenlijk niet voorbij de regiogrens reikt. En toch vertellen ze universele verhalen en slagen ze erin om mensen van overal te raken. Hun taal is muzikaal en doeltreffend, hun liedjes ontroeren en ontwapenen.
